• Water Temperature: Use cold or cool water. Avoid hot water, which shrinks bamboo and damages the spandex elastane fibers. • Cycle: Select a gentle, delicate, or hand-wash machine cycle to reduce friction and stretching. Turn the garments inside out before washing to protect the outer surface from pilling. • Detergent: Use a mild, gentle, or eco-friendly liquid detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach, harsh chemical brighteners, and fabric softeners (which leave a coating that traps odors and reduces moisture-wicking). • Sorting: Wash with similar colors and lightweight fabrics only. Never wash bamboo-spandex with heavy, abrasive items like jeans, towels, or clothes with zippers and velcro that can snag the knit. Use a mesh laundry bag for extra protection on small or delicate pieces.• Drying: Air-dry by laying flat on a clean surface or hanging in the shade. Avoid direct, harsh sunlight, which fades colors and weakens fibers. If using a tumble dryer, select the lowest heat setting for a short duration and remove while slightly damp. High heat ruins the spandex stretch. • Ironing: Iron on a low-heat setting if needed, ideally while the garment is still slightly damp or turned inside out
